Kemulan Kitchen and Culture was built on 2018 and it was officially launched on May 2020 (Covid-19 Pandemic). It’s compatible for 30 seats. I Made Lugra, S.E (Chef Lugra) is the owner of the restaurant. Kemulan Kitchen and Culture is an Indonesian-Asian restaurant in Ubud, Bali. The restaurant with open pavilion and the views like nature and greeneries around the restaurant. The concept is Balinese-Authentic design. It shows about our characteristic as a Balinese such a Tedung, Barong head mask, Prada fabrics, etc. Philosophy of Kemulan is, basically we know that is the Balinese individual temple. It is a shrine of the origins and the ancestors. The food is focused on healthy food, whether it’s a vegan food or non-vegan food. Desire to always helps and support a local industry, all the ingredients is from local farmers supply.
